Skip the crowded day boats and have a speedboat to yourselves. This private trip takes your group, up to five people, from the marina in Sharm El Sheikh across the Red Sea to the coral reefs near Tiran Island, with snorkeling stops away from the large tourist boats.
The speedboat is fast, so you spend your time in the water rather than getting there. Your captain chooses the reefs for the day's conditions, and you snorkel among coral and tropical fish at your own pace. Snorkeling equipment and life jackets are included, so there's nothing to rent.
It's a short trip, 2 hours on the boat, with a morning or an early-afternoon departure, so it suits families, couples and anyone who doesn't want to spend a whole day at sea. The price of €120 is for the whole boat, not per person, and includes hotel pickup and drop-off, the captain, snorkeling equipment, life jackets and all fees. Longer trips and a larger boat for up to nine people can be arranged on request.
